• Customers can cancel their order at any time before it has been collected or delivered to our facility.
• If you cancel your order after it has been collected, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total order value will be applicable.
• If you cancel your order after it has been delivered to our facility, a cancellation fee of 100% of the total order value will be applicable.

Refund Policy:

• If the quality of our service is not up to your expectations, you can request a refund within 7 days of receiving your order.
